Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Placing an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

7. Handmade and Made-to-Order Pieces
Some SVOBODA pieces are handmade or made to order and therefore require additional production time.
Estimated production times will be displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.
Production and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
If you need an item for a particular festival, trip, performance, wedding, birthday, or other event, please contact us before ordering so we can tell you whether the requested timeline is realistic.
8. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized pieces are created specifically for an individual customer.
Once work has begun or materials have been purchased for a custom order, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additional terms, pricing, production times, and design details may be agreed upon before work begins.
9. Shipping
Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout where available.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Eligible products must generally be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with their original tags attached.

Custom orders and final-sale items cannot generally be returned or exchanged unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible at oursvoboda@gmail.com and include photographs showing the issue.
